Our rooftop patio reflects across the Vancouver Art Gallery in a serenity pond and gardens, offering an intimate park-like setting with the opportunity to take it all in with a glass of wine.

The modern yet warm Arthur Erickson architecture creates the perfect setting for a fine meal enjoyed in the company of family and friends. Global culinary veteran Jack Eng offers fresh seasonally adjusted creations inspired by the best foods that Vancouver has to offer.

Our public restaurant serves lunch Monday through Friday.  On evening and weekends we customize our banquet and reception facility into your own unique and intimate experience.

Welcome to the Law courts Inn! We are proud to welcome you as a valued customer. You are now part of a Vancouver landmark which has been continuously in operation for more that 25 years. Designed by Vancouver's own and world renowned architect Arthur Erickson, easily accessible in the center of downtown's Robson Square, the LCI showcases unique and intimate experiences for social dining events, training seminars, corporate functions and memorable weddings. Under the leadership of our executive chef, a world culinary veteran, Jack Eng, you will be treated to imaginative yet practical menus which incorporate diverse cuisines - a direct result of Jack’s extensive international experience relevant to today’s sophisticated clientele. Our chef de partie, Raymond Reddy has been honing the craft of preparing his delicious soups for more than 20 years. His white clam chowder or smoked tomato soups will nourish your palate and elevate your mood on a rainy Vancouver day. Ken Wong, our inhouse patissier, has perfected his homemade desserts and is known to put his heart into each and every golden crème brulee or bitter Belgian chocolate mousse. Davor Pandza, our tireless restaurant manager, always with a warm smile will deliver a seamless and highly customized experiential event. Chef Jack Eng’s creative and imaginative yet practical menus incorporate diverse cuisine - a direct result of his extensive international work experience relevant to today’s sophisticated clientele. As a global culinary veteran Jack nurtured his talent around the world - from the Singapore Hilton thru the Belmont Hotel in Bermuda, to the Ritz in Taiwan, to the Diamond Putri in Malaysia and the Coastal Plaza Hotel in Vancouver. Jack has fostered a passion for exceptional ingredients and passionate techniques. At the Law Courts Inn Jack has received accolades and great reviews for his style, presentation and menu composition incorporating fresh and clean flavors created from the finest local seasonal products.
